The National Weather Service's 6- to 10-day outlook for July 16-20 shows temperatures and rainfall near or above normal across much of the country. Below-normal conditions will be limited to parts of the Great Lakes region and the Desert Southwest, while below-normal weather should be limited to the Great Basin, Interior Northwest, and along the Canadian border from the Northern Rockies to the Upper Great Lakes region.
